We are one of the largest manufacturers of transmission sprockets in India with an installed capacity to produce six million sprockets per year. Every gear and sprocket is CNC machined from start to finish.

The weld shops, with contemporary equipment and highly versatile machines, form the heart of the company's fabrication capability. We use an array of modern welding technology like  ROBOTS which are used extensively to attain high production, superior quality and lower dependence on skilled manpower.

We at SunMax have an integrated approach to sheet metal based engineering and manufacturing.  Our core strengths lie in our in-house design and development abilities. We indigenously design, manufacture and validate our dies and fixtures.
